Individual Counseling

Individual Counseling services are offered primarily to help you be your best self. The counselor, Michelle, has many years of experience helping people cope with

-Adjustment Disorder

-Trauma

and a variety of tough life issues.

Couples' Counseling

Couples' Counseling services are offered to assist partners in getting back or staying on the right track in their relationships. For problems with trust and communication, couples' therapy may be able to provide help for your partnership.

Telehealth

Telehealth services are offered upon request for those in Alabama or Florida who would rather speak with a counselor from the comfort of their own home.

Animal Assisted Therapy

A therapy dog can be present during your session upon request.
